Space Telescope Science Institute

A (US) research institute located in Baltimore, Maryland, operated by the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy under contract to NASA. Its main responsibilities are to manage the science programme of the Hubble Space Telescope, process data from the telescope and coordinate its operations with the Space Telescope Operations Control Center.
